Pediatric Fellowship Course Workbook

INTRODUCTION

This workbook contains learner-centered activities aligning with the SPN Fellowship modules. The activities have been created to accompany the modules supporting the module content and providing organizational specific activities. Some activities are to be completed by the learner independently; some require the assistance of an experienced nurse. The workbook can be provided to the learner in its entirety or as individual pages. These activities are completed after each module and reviewed by the preceptor or designee.

Outcome: 85% of the participants will have a foundational knowledge of pediatric nursing care, as evidenced by passing the post-test for each module.

Continuing education: Society of Pediatric Nurses is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation 

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 16532.

Contact Hour: 0.4 NCPD Contact Hour will be awarded for successful completion of this module and its related components.
