- The work of nursing leaders is complex and increasingly demanding leaving them susceptible to stress, burnout, mental fatigue, and exhaustion which can negatively impact their efficiency and effectiveness. Learn how a regional nurse leader network contributed to building nurses' workplace social capital, empowering leaders, and elevating their performance.
Outcome: 85% of the participants will self-report having gained new knowledge and/or strategies to implement into practice based on the information provided.
