Together, they empower nurses in their professional roles, embracing growth through every success or setback. This presentation invites nurses to reconnect with their inner strength, view learning as a source of renewal rather than obligation, and recognize that investing in ourselves is one of the most powerful things we can do to nurture our well-being and to care for others with compassion and joy.
