Description: The pediatric nursing workforce has faced unprecedented challenges over the past several years. As the complexity of patient care and severity of illnesses increase, it is paramount that our profession remains committed to cultivating psychological safety and embedding the principles of high reliability. This 75-minute interactive session will review the barriers to patient and staff safety, discuss the influence that workplace culture has on staff perceptions and behaviors and discuss opportunities for improvement.

Outcome: 80% of participants will validate increased knowledge of new strategies to impact current practice and the delivery of patient care based upon knowledge gained from the webinar.
