Psychological safety plays a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by promoting patient safety, quality improvement, and staff satisfaction. It is imperative to foster a culture of psychological safety. In our upcoming webinar, Dr. Gampetro will explore psychological safety and its influence on incident reporting.
