Improving the Psychological Safety of Nurses in Health Care Organizations

SPN and APSNA invite you to participate in the webinar, which will begin by delving into the present understanding and utilization of virtual reality, followed by a discussion of optimal strategies for implementing virtual reality programs to enhance learning experiences. The webinar will then explore of evaluation methodologies, reviewing survey findings resulting from virtual reality usage, and recommendations for future learning initiatives informed by these results. The session will conclude with an interactive question-and-answer session.

Outcomes:  85% of the participants will self-report that this session has enhanced their knowledge and/or provided them with new strategies and interventions which can be implemented to increase psychological safety, based on the educational activity.
