Each day brings forth increasing signs of community skepticism towards the healthcare system. How can we, as nurses, manage this situation to provide our patients with optimal evidence-based care? What subtleties should we consider when engaging in discussions aimed at fostering trust with patients and their families? During this Coffee Break, we will explore this topic, along with achievements and challenges. Together, we will navigate this delicate balance.
